one hundred sixty-eight-a of the correction law shall, in addition to a mandatory surcharge and crime victim assistance fee, pay a sex offender registration fee of fifty dollars.

be levied, in addition to any sentence required or permitted by law, a crime victim assistance fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars....Whenever proceedings in an administrative tribunal or a court of this state result in a conviction for an offense under this chapter other than a crime pursuant to section eleven hundred ninety-two of this chapter...there shall be levied a crime victim assistance fee in the amount of five dollars.

convicted of a felony shall pay a mandatory surcharge of three hundred dollars;(ii) a person convicted of a misdemeanor shall pay a mandatory surcharge of one hundred seventy-five dollars....Whenever proceedings in an administrative tribunal or a court of this state result in a conviction for an offense under this chapter other than a crime pursuant to section eleven hundred ninety-two of this chapter...there shall be levied...a mandatory surcharge, in addition to any sentence required or permitted by law, in the amount of fifty-five dollars.

as part of the sentence imposed upon a person convicted of an offense, and after providing the district attorney with an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the provisions of this subdivision, require the defendant to make restitution of the fruits of his or her offense or reparation for the actual out-of-pocket loss caused thereby and, in the case of a violation of section 190.78, 190.79, 190.80, 190.82 or 190.83 of this chapter, any costs or losses incurred due to any adverse action taken against the victim.

entire amount of a restitution or reparation payment to the official or organization designated pursuant to subdivision eight of section 420.10 of the criminal procedure law. The designated surcharge shall not exceed five percent of the amount actually collected.

upon application for issuance of a driver's license, pay to the commissioner a fee of one hundred dollars. When the basis for the revocation is a finding of driving after having consumed alcohol pursuant to the provisions of section eleven hundred ninety-two-a of this chapter, the fee to be paid to the commissioner shall be one hundred dollars.

pay to the commissioner of motor vehicles a fee of twenty-five dollars. Such fee is not refundable and shall not be returned to the applicant regardless of the action the commissioner may take on such person's application for reinstatement of such driving privileges.

effect until a termination of a suspension fee of fifty dollars is paid to the commissioner;

be paid to the commissioner shall be one hundred dollars.

to answer an appearance ticket or a summons or failure to pay a fine, penalty or mandatory surcharge, pursuant to subdivision three of section two hundred twenty-six, subdivision four of section two hundred twenty-seven, subdivision four-a of section five hundred ten or subdivision five-a of section eighteen hundred nine of this chapter, such suspension shall remain in effect until a termination of a suspension fee of seventy dollars is paid to the court or tribunal that initiated the suspension of such license or privilege. 

period of probation upon conviction of any crime under article thirty-one of the vehicle and traffic law to pay to the local probation department with the responsibility of supervising the probationer an administrative fee of thirty dollars per month.
