failed to answer a citation or notice to appear or failed to pay a fine or cost that the person has answered that citation or notice to appear or paid that fine or cost. (b) The person has paid to the court a $45.00 driver license clearance fee for each failure to answer a citation or failure to pay a fine or cost.

person or renew a license for the person until both of the following occur:(a) The court informs the secretary of state that the person has resolved all outstanding matters regarding the notices or citations. (b) The person has paid to the court a $45.00 driver license clearance fee. If the court determines that the person is responsible for only 1 parking violation under subsection (7)(a) or less than 3 parking violations under subsection (7)(b), or, beginning January 1, 2018, less than 6 parking violations under subsection (7)(b), for which the person's license was not issued or renewed under this subsection, the court may waive payment of the fee.

driver license clearance fee. (c) The person pays the reinstatement fee imposed under section 320e.

3101 and 3102 of the insurance code of 1956, 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.3101 and 500.3102, at the time the violation of subsection (1) occurred, all of the following apply: . . . The court may assess a fee of not more than $25.00, which shall be paid to the court funding unit.

this subsection is in addition to any fine, costs, or other assessments imposed by the court.

the judgment fee. When collected, the judgment fee shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the game and fish protection account of the Michigan conservation and recreation legacy fund provided for in section 2010.

an additional restitution value that is equal to $1,000.00 plus 1 of the following: (a) For an antlered white-tailed deer with at least 8 but not more than 10 points, $500.00 for each point.

an additional restitution value that is equal to $1,000.00 plus 1 of the following: . . . . (b) For an antlered white-tailed deer with 11 or more points, $750.00 for each point.

restitution value that is equal to 1 of the following: (a) For an antlered elk with at least 8 but not more than 10 points, $250.00 for each point.

an additional restitution value of $1,000.00.

administering the veterans treatment court program as provided in the memorandum of understanding under section 1201(2). The clerk of the veterans treatment court shall transmit the fees collected to the treasurer of the local funding unit at the end of each month.

to the violation in the same manner that expenses may be ordered to be reimbursed under section 1f of chapter IX of the code of criminal procedure, 1927 PA 175, MCL 769.1f.

Order the person to pay court costs.

Order the person to pay to the state or local law enforcement agency that handled the investigation and prosecution the costs of the investigation and prosecution that are reasonably incurred.

the juvenile or those responsible for the juvenile's support, or both, if the persons to be assessed are financially able to comply.

convicted to reimburse the state or a local unit of government for expenses incurred in relation to that incident including, but not limited to, expenses for an emergency response and expenses for prosecuting the person, as provided in this section [long list of offenses from traffic and penal code, etc.]

that the person pay costs of not less than the following amount, as applicable: (a) $68.00, if the defendant is convicted of a felony.

that the person pay costs of not less than the following amount, as applicable: (b) $50.00, if the defendant is convicted of a misdemeanor or ordinance violation.
