one hundred sixty-eight-a of the correction law shall, in addition to a mandatory surcharge and crime victim assistance fee, pay a sex offender registration fee of fifty dollars.

be levied, in addition to any sentence required or permitted by law, a crime victim assistance fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars....Whenever proceedings in an administrative tribunal or a court of this state result in a conviction for an offense under this chapter other than a crime pursuant to section eleven hundred ninety-two of this chapter...there shall be levied a crime victim assistance fee in the amount of five dollars.

convicted of a felony shall pay a mandatory surcharge of three hundred dollars;(ii) a person convicted of a misdemeanor shall pay a mandatory surcharge of one hundred seventy-five dollars....Whenever proceedings in an administrative tribunal or a court of this state result in a conviction for an offense under this chapter other than a crime pursuant to section eleven hundred ninety-two of this chapter...there shall be levied...a mandatory surcharge, in addition to any sentence required or permitted by law, in the amount of fifty-five dollars.

for violating a provision of this chapter or for violating a rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, there shall be levied, in addition to any fine or penalty authorized by subdivision two of section 27.11 of this article, except for traffic infractions relating to motor vehicles unlawfully parked or standing, a mandatory surcharge in the amount of fifteen dollars.

entire amount of a restitution or reparation payment to the official or organization designated pursuant to subdivision eight of section 420.10 of the criminal procedure law. The designated surcharge shall not exceed five percent of the amount actually collected.

The fee shall be paid to the division by the sex offender. The state comptroller is hereby authorized to deposit such fees into the general fund.

upon application for issuance of a driver's license, pay to the commissioner a fee of one hundred dollars. When the basis for the revocation is a finding of driving after having consumed alcohol pursuant to the provisions of section eleven hundred ninety-two-a of this chapter, the fee to be paid to the commissioner shall be one hundred dollars.

pay to the commissioner of motor vehicles a fee of twenty-five dollars. Such fee is not refundable and shall not be returned to the applicant regardless of the action the commissioner may take on such person's application for reinstatement of such driving privileges.

effect until a termination of a suspension fee of fifty dollars is paid to the commissioner;
