revenue, perquisites, or receipts were received in the following manner:

(a) Of the forty-two-dollar docket fee imposed pursuant to section 33-106, through June 30, 2016, five dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and two dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges, beginning July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017, three dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and four dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges, and beginning July 1, 2017, one dollar shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and six dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges;

(b) Of the twenty-seven-dollar docket fee imposed for appeal of a criminal case to the district court pursuant to section 33-106, two dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges; and

(c) The remaining fees, revenue, perquisites, or receipts shall be credited to the general fund of the county.

shall not exceed three dollars for each request to check the records of the central registry. The department shall remit the fees to the State Treasurer for credit to the Health and Human Services Cash Fund. The department may waive the fee if the requesting party shows the fee would be an undue financial hardship. The department shall use the fees to defray costs incurred to carry out such records checks. The department may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out this section.

Office of the Courts. The fund shall be the depository of moneys realized from the $1.00 surcharge imposed pursuant to section 6 of P.L.1990, c. 95 (C.2A:8-21.1), the $2.00 court cost assessment imposed pursuant to subsection a. of N.J.S. 22A:3-4 and any other moneys made available for the purposes of the fund.

P. L.1971, c. 317 (C.52:4B-3), and all moneys deposited in that fund pursuant to this act shall be used for the provision of counseling and treatment services to victims of specified sex offenses as set forth in section 1 of P.L.2005, c. 73 (C.2C:14-10) and the families of these victims...The development and provision of counseling and treatment services to victims and their families shall be pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Victims of Crime Compensation Board. The board shall coordinate these counseling and treatment services with other services offered by the State Office of Victim and Witness Advocacy, the 21 county offices of Victim and Witness Advocacy and as otherwise deemed appropriate for the implementation of the Attorney General Standards to Ensure the Rights of Crime Victims.

New Jersey for deposit into the General Fund. A person may apply for a waiver of this fee, by reason of poverty, pursuant to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, or the court may allow for the payment of the fee and other financial obligations by installment.

surcharge of $250 which shall be collected by the court and distributed to the Division of Revenue in the Department of the Treasury as a New Jersey Merit Rating Plan surcharge pursuant to subparagraph (a) of paragraph (2) of subsection b. of section 6 of P.L.1983, c. 65 (C.17:29A-35).

on assessments imposed pursuant to paragraph a.(1): (i) the first $72.00 collected for deposit in the Victims of Crime Compensation Board Account, (ii) the next $3.00 collected for deposit in the Criminal Disposition and Revenue Collection Fund, (iii) the next $25.00 collected for deposit in the Victim Witness Advocacy Fund, and (iv) moneys collected in excess of $100.00 for deposit in the Victims of Crime Compensation Board Account

on assessments imposed pursuant to paragraph a.(2)(a), (c) or (d): (i) the first $39.00 collected for deposit in the Victims of Crime Compensation Board Account, (ii) the next $3.00 collected for deposit in the Criminal Disposition and Revenue Collection Fund, and (iii) the next $8.00 collected for deposit in the Victim and Witness Advocacy Fund

Enforcement and Demand Reduction Fund.” Moneys in the fund shall be appropriated by the Legislature on an annual basis for the purposes of funding in the following order of priority: (1) the Alliance to Prevent Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and its administration by the Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse; (2) the “Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Program for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Disabled” established pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1995, c. 318(C.26:2B-37); (3) the “Partnership for a Drug Free New Jersey,” the State affiliate of the “Partnership for a Drug Free America”; and (4) other alcohol and drug abuse programs.

laboratory analysis if that county or municipality has established a forensic laboratory fund or, to the State forensic laboratory fund if the analysis was performed by a laboratory operated by the State. If the county or municipality has not established a forensic laboratory fund, then the analysis fee shall be forwarded to the State forensic laboratory fund within the State Treasury. These uses may include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) costs incurred in providing analyses for controlled substances in connection with criminal investigations conducted within this State; (2) purchase and maintenance of equipment for use in performing analyses; and (3) continuing education, training and scientific development of forensic scientists regularly employed by these laboratories.

be prenumbered in numerical sequence. The original copy shall be delivered to a payor making payment by cash or in person, otherwise the original shall be attached to the court file. A copy shall be filed in the office of the issuing judge. The receipts shall be prenumbered by the printer, and the printer shall give to the supreme court a receipt showing the numbers so printed. Except as provided in W.S. 5-9-106, the circuit court shall pay all fines, forfeitures and other penalties to the county treasurer and all fees, costs and other receipts to the state treasurer. The court automation fee prescribed by W.S. 5-9-135 or established by court rule shall be deposited by the state treasurer into the judicial systems automation account established by W.S. 5-2-120. The indigent civil legal services fee prescribed by W.S. 5-9-135 shall be deposited by the state treasurer into the indigent civil legal services account established by W.S. 5-2-121. The police officer continuing education and training fee prescribed by W.S. 31-5-1201(h) shall be deposited by the state treasurer into the account in the enterprise fund under W.S. 9-1-633(n).

for fingerprinting. Fees collected under this subsection shall be credited to the state general fund or to the general fund of the appropriate county or municipality.

of each calendar month a list of all cases for violations of city ordinances instituted in his court, and the disposition thereof, with a statement of the fines, penalties and costs received. At the end of each month the judge shall deposit with the city treasurer all fines, penalties and costs received. If the municipal judge fails to report and deposit all fines, penalties and costs for a period of twenty-five (25) days, his office shall be declared vacant. If a city enacts an ordinance prescribing a court automation fee as provided in W.S. 5-6-108(a)(i), up to ten dollars ($10.00) of the fee may be retained by the city solely for the purpose of defraying costs and expenses related to establishing and maintaining an electronic citation system. The system shall collect and submit data in a form and manner prescribed by the supreme court to comply with the requirements of the judicial systems automation account under W.S. 5-2-120. The remaining portion of the fee shall be remitted to the judicial systems automation account established by W.S. 5-2-120. If a city enacts an ordinance prescribing the indigent civil legal services fee as provided in W.S. 5-6-108(a)(ii), the fee shall be remitted to the indigent civil legal services account established by W.S. 5-2-121.
