All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be expended by the family drug court coordinator for the benefit and administration of the family drug court program. 3. Claims against the fund shall include only expenses incurred for the administration of the family drug court program and payment may be made after the claim is approved by the family drug court team. 4. The necessary forms and procedures to account for the monies shall be developed and implemented by the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector.
