Not later than the first day of December of each year, each probation agency or the court of common pleas of a county in which the court has entered into an agreement with the adult parole authority pursuant to section 2301.32 of the Revised Code shall prepare a report regarding its use of money from a county probation services account, a multicounty probation services account, or a municipal probation services account, whichever is applicable. The report shall specify the amount appropriated from the fund to the probation agency or court during the current calendar year, an estimate of the amount that the probation agency or court will expend by the end of the year, a summary of how the amount appropriated has been expended for probation services, and an estimate of the amount of supervision fees that the probation agency or court will collect and pay to the appropriate treasurer for deposit in the appropriate fund in the next calendar year.
