Crime victims' compensation fund created

There is established within the state treasury the crime victims' compensation fund, into which shall be deposited surcharges collected pursuant to § 23A-28B-42, deductions from prison industries revenues or inmate wages pursuant to subdivision 24-7-3(1), contributions, grants, payments ordered by the court, interest received on moneys in the fund, and all other fees and moneys collected for the purposes of this chapter.

(2) As a condition of entering into a diversion agreement under ORS 135.881 to 135.901, the defendant must pay a program fee of $100. The court may waive all or part of the fee in cases involving indigent defendants, or may provide for payment of the fee on an installment basis. A fee collected under this subsection in the circuit court shall be deposited by the clerk of the court in the Criminal Fine Account.

(D) The reimbursement coordinator may collect any amounts remaining unpaid on an itemized bill and any costs associated with the enforcement of the judgment and may enter into a contract with one or more public agencies or private vendors to collect any amounts remaining unpaid. For enforcing a judgment issued under this section, the reimbursement coordinator may assess an additional poundage fee of two per cent of the amount remaining unpaid and may collect costs associated with the enforcement of the judgment.

Supervision Fees

(B) Prior to the last day of the month in each month during the period of community control, an offender who is ordered to pay a monthly supervision fee under this section shall pay the fee to the probation agency that has control and supervision over the offender or to the clerk of the court for which the probation agency is established, as specified by the court, except that, if the probation agency is the adult parole authority, the offender shall pay the fee to the clerk of the court of common pleas.

Probation Cash Fund; created; use; investment

(1) There is hereby created the Probation Cash Fund. All money collected pursuant to subdivisions (2)(m) and (2)(o) of section 29-2262 shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the fund.
(2) Expenditures from the money in the fund collected pursuant to subdivisions (2)(m) and (2)(o) of section 29-2262 shall include, but not be limited to, supplementing any state funds necessary to support the costs of the services for which the money was collected.

Minimum requirements of supervision agency reports

Except as provided in (d), a petition for revocation of supervision must include a written report that contains at least the following information:(1) Information about the supervised person, including:(A) Personal identifying information, including name and date of birth;(B) Custody status and the date and circumstances of arrest;(C) Any pending cases and case numbers;(D) The history and background of the supervised person, including a summary of the supervised person's record of prior criminal conduct; and(E) Any available information requested by the court regarding the supervised person's
