revenue, perquisites, or receipts were received in the following manner:

(a) Of the forty-two-dollar docket fee imposed pursuant to section 33-106, through June 30, 2016, five dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and two dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges, beginning July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017, three dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and four dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges, and beginning July 1, 2017, one dollar shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the General Fund and six dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges;

(b) Of the twenty-seven-dollar docket fee imposed for appeal of a criminal case to the district court pursuant to section 33-106, two dollars shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges; and

(c) The remaining fees, revenue, perquisites, or receipts shall be credited to the general fund of the county.

The department shall remit the fees to the State Treasurer for credit to the Health and Human Services Cash Fund. The department may waive the fee if the requesting party shows the fee would be an undue financial hardship. The department shall use the fees to defray costs incurred to carry out such records checks. The department may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out this section.

All costs imposed under subsection (a)(3) shall be paid into this fund. There is established a special nonlapsing fund, known as the Victim Witness Services Fund. This fund shall be used by the commission for victim-witness services and technical assistance in nonvictim compensation-related areas in accordance with this section. Twenty-five dollars of the costs imposed under subsection (a)(1) and (2) plus 70% of the costs imposed under subsection (a)(1) and (2) which exceed $60 shall be paid into this fund.

The money in this fund shall be used to pay the salaries and employee benefits of all probation and parole personnel employed by the county probation and parole department and the operational expenses of that department. Money from this fund shall be used to supplement Federal, State or county appropriations for the county adult probation and parole department. The president judge shall by August 31 provide the board with an annual statement which fully reflects all collections deposited into and expenditures from the offender supervision fund for the preceding fiscal year...There is established a State Offender Supervision Fund to be administered by the board and comprised of the supervision fees collected by the board under this section. The money in this fund shall be used to supplement the Federal or State funds appropriated for the improvement of adult probation services....The court shall impose as a condition of supervision a monthly supervision fee of at least $25 on any offender placed on probation, parole, accelerated rehabilitative disposition, probation without verdict or intermediate punishment unless the court finds that the fee should be reduced, waived or deferred based on the offender's present inability to pay. Of the fee collected, 50% shall be deposited into the County Offender Supervision Fund established in each county pursuant to this section, and the remaining 50% shall be deposited into the State Offender Supervision Fund established pursuant to this section

support services for victims and assist in prevention through community education. Therefore, the General Assembly finds that it is in the public interest for the Commonwealth to establish a mechanism to provide financial assistance to domestic violence centers and rape crisis centers for the operation of domestic violence and rape crisis programs.(b) Where any person after the effective date of this section pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is convicted of any crime as herein defined, there shall be imposed, in addition to all other costs, an additional cost in the sum of ten dollars ($10) for the purpose of funding the services as described in this section. Such sum shall be paid over to the State Treasurer to be deposited in the General Fund.

shall assess as court costs in addition to those provided by law, against all defendants charged with a felony, misdemeanor, or petty misdemeanor, whether or not the crime was a crime of violence, and who plead nolo contendere, guilty or who are found guilty of the commission of those crimes as follows:(1) Where the offense charged is a felony and carries a maximum penalty of five (5) or more years imprisonment, one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) or fifteen percent (15%) of any fine imposed on the defendant by the court, whichever is greater. (2) Where the offense charged is a felony and carries a maximum penalty of less than five (5) years imprisonment, ninety dollars ($90.00) or fifteen percent (15%) of any fine imposed on the defendant by the court, whichever is greater. (3) Where the offense charged is a misdemeanor, thirty dollars ($30.00) or fifteen percent (15%) of any fine imposed on the defendant by the court, whichever is greater.

(1/2) to the use of the person who shall sue for it; and (3) All forfeitures of personal property shall be disposed of as provided by law.

The general treasurer shall, upon the order of the state controller, pay to the city, town, society, or person so much of the amount of the fine so recovered as the city, town, society, or person may be entitled to, which order shall be drawn by the state controller whenever he or she shall receive a proper return or certificate from the clerk of the court in which the fine was imposed.

Children's Friend and Service, or to any other society, or the one-half ( ½ ) of which may be due the state or any society, or to any person, as complainant, the whole of the fine shall be accounted for with the state controller and paid to the general treasurer. The fine due any society, or the one-half ( ½ ) fine due any society, or to any person, as complainant, shall be paid by the general treasurer upon order of the state controller and the state controller shall draw his or her order whenever he or she shall receive a proper return or certificate from the clerk of the court in which the fine was imposed.
