this chapter as follows: (1) Fourteen and ninety-eight hundredths percent (14.98%) shall be deposited into the alcohol and drug countermeasures fund established by IC 9-27-2-11. (2) Eight and forty-two hundredths percent (8.42%) shall be deposited into the drug interdiction fund established by IC 10-11-7-1. (3) Four and sixty-eight hundredths percent (4.68%) shall be deposited into the drug prosecution fund established by IC 33-39-8-6. (4) Five and sixty-two hundredths percent (5.62%) shall be deposited into the corrections drug abuse fund established by IC 11-8-2-11. (5) Twenty-two and forty-seven hundredths percent (22.47%) shall be deposited into the state drug free communities fund established by IC 5-2-10-2. (6) Seven and ninety-eight hundredths percent (7.98%) shall be distributed to the Indiana department of transportation for use under IC 8-23-2-15. (7) Twenty and thirty-two hundredths percent (20.32%) shall be deposited in the family violence and victim assistance fund established by IC 5-2-6.8-3. (8) Fifteen and fifty-three hundredths percent (15.53%) shall be deposited in the Indiana safe schools fund established by IC 5-2-10.1. (b) The treasurer of state shall distribute semiannually the amount remaining after the distributions are made under subsection (a) to the judicial technology and automation project fund established by IC 33-24-6-12.

retain a fee of five dollars ($5) from each deposit under subsection (a)(2). The clerk of the court shall semiannually remit the fees collected under this subsection to the board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system for deposit in the special death benefit fund. The fee required by subdivision (2) is in addition to the administrative fee retained under subsection (a)(2).

one hundred percent (100%) of the judicial insurance adjustment fee collected under Ind. Code § 33-37-5-25.

services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute in an amount not exceeding: (A) the amount of the award, if any, paid to the victim under Ind. Code § 5-2-6.1; and (B) the cost of the reimbursements, if any, for emergency services provided to the victim under Ind. Code § 16-10-1.5 (before its repeal) or Ind. Code § 16-21-8; or (2) a probation department that shall forward restitution or part of restitution to: (A) a victim of a crime; (B) a victim's estate; or (C) the family of a victim who is deceased. The victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute shall deposit the restitution it receives under this subsection in the violent crime victims compensation fund established by Ind. Code § 5-2-6.1-40.

probation, or as a condition of probation, order the individual to make restitution to the emergency medical services restitution fund under Ind. Code § 16-31-8 for emergency medical services necessitated because of the offense committed by the individual.

The charge is in addition to any applicable fees under Ind. Code § 9-24 and shall be deposited in the commission fund.

The comptroller shall deposit the fine in the sexual assault program fund under Section 420.008, Government Code.

the same amount of money the account or fund would have received if the court costs for the accounts and funds had been collected and reported separately, except that the account or fund may not receive less than the following percentages:

(1) crime stoppers assistance account 0.2427 percent;

(2) breath alcohol testing account 0.3900 percent;

(3) Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute account 1.4741 percent;

(4) Texas Commission on Law Enforcement account 3.4418 percent;

(5) law enforcement and custodial officer supplement retirement trust fund 7.2674 percent;

(6) criminal justice planning account 8.5748 percent;

(7) an account in the state treasury to be used only for the establishment and operation of the Center for the Study and Prevention of Juvenile Crime and Delinquency at Prairie View A&M University 0.8540 percent;

(8) compensation to victims of crime account 24.6704 percent;

(9) emergency radio infrastructure account 3.6913 percent;

(10) judicial and court personnel training account3.3224 percent;

(11) an account in the state treasury to be used for the establishment and operation of the Correctional Management Institute of Texas and Criminal Justice Center Account 0.8522 percent;

(12) fair defense account 17.8857 percent;

(13) judicial fund 12.2667 percent;

(14) DNA testing account 0.1394 percent;

(15) specialty court account 1.0377 percent;

(16) statewide electronic filing system account 0.5485 percent;

(17) jury service fund 6.4090 percent;

(18) truancy prevention and diversion account 2.5956 percent; and

(19) transportation administrative fee account 4.3363 percent.

(f) Of each dollar credited to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement account under Subsection (e)(4):

(1) 33.3 cents may be used only to pay administrative expenses; and

(2) the remainder may be used only to pay expenses related to continuing education for persons licensed under Chapter 1701, Occupations Code.
